Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed once the deposit for your stay has been successfully credited to our account or if you have received a written confirmation.
If the deposit is not received by the agreed deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Details regarding the deposit amount and bank transfer information will be provided in your booking correspondence.
Payment Options
Your accommodation bill must be settled either during your stay or at the latest upon departure. Payment is to be made in cash directly to Mrs. Hutter, as we are unable to accept credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy
In case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
If you arrive late or depart earlier than planned, we reserve the right to charge the full booking amount, as we are unable to rent out the rooms at short notice.
For Private Bookings
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made 1 to 3 months before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Tourist tax is not included in the room price and must be paid separately on-site.
